Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand (LBC) started on our Salesforce path about 4 years ago. We knew that our existing CRM was no-longer fit for purpose and we were up for the challenge of a change.
Four years on, we look back and realise we tackled the project with a great deal of naivety and not enough cash. But we survived and are now in year two of a strong 5 year strategic plan with some audacious goals that we could not have done without Salesforce. We are also exploring additional add-ons and a move to incorporate Agentforce in the next 2-3 years.
This session will be a bit of a banter between myself, as LBC’s Business Manager and Project Champion for the Salesforce implementation and Nin, our resolute Salesforce Specialist. We would like to share our journey with other For Purpose (Non Profit) businesses – both currently using Salesforce and those perhaps considering a move – with some tips, reflections and advice on how to navigate Salesforce software to get the most of the experience for everyone in your organisation.
Kiwi Dreaming is for all Salesforce users and this session would ensure that the growing For Purpose community is represented in the speakers line-up, adding value for all those attending.
