His experience within the high friction environment of construction and now a decade in the Salesforce Ecosystem as a Super User, Customer, Salesforce Alumni of 5 Years (Portfolio Lead, Implementation Consultant, Business Architect), ISV Partner, and now an Implementation Partner. Having specialized in bringing People and Processes together he sheds light on the importance of not ignoring human experiences in SAAS Projects and will be sharing his insights and learnings of how to avoid inevitable pitfalls of Salesforce Implementations and BAU stage.
