Stephen has over 30 years experience in customer-facing technology roles, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. He is passionate about solving customers’ business problems using technology – especially Salesforce technology.His last ten years have been working for Salesforce in Customer Success roles, assigned to Salesforce New Zealand's largest and most complex customers. Most recently he was the Regional Success Architect for the APAC non-profit and education sector.Stephen holds 28 Salesforce certifications including Application Architect, System Architect Salesforce Administrator, Developer, Field Service, Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Education Cloud Consultant, Non-Profit Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, and Pardot Consultant. He has completed every available Trailhead module, project, and superbadge so has a very broad understanding of the entire Salesforce portfolio of products.He is well-connected in the local Salesforce community, presents frequently at user group meetings and was Salesforce’s world-wide Top Customer Success Manager in 2015.Stephen engages on pro-bono projects with a number of small charities. He is a regular panelist at Ask Salesforce Anything events arranged for APAC non-profits.Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Engineering and a Master’s Degree in applying Artificial Intelligence to the Computer-Aided Design process. Stephen is a Chartered Engineer.
